Attendance: Attendance is compulsory for both online and offline sessions. Students must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance to qualify for placement assistance.
Unauthorized Absence: Absence without prior written intimation for more than 5 consecutive days will lead to immediate termination of the student's registration without a refund.
Financial Commitment: Fees are strictly non-refundable. By signing this form, the student acknowledges they have no claim for a refund regardless of course completion status or personal circumstances.
Placement Compliance: To secure placement services, students are legally bound to submit the required security documents (Original Certificate, Cheque Leaf, or ATM Card) to the management.
Consultant fees should be paid after placement: freshers must pay 1 month’s salary, and experienced candidates must pay 5 months’ salary, which can be split and paid over 10 months.
Payment Default: Consultancy fees must be paid before the 10th of every month. Late payment may result in a formal report to the employer and suspension of all further career support from Mahix Infotech.
Transparency: Students are strictly required to disclose any job offers, interview calls, or salary revisions received through the institute's references immediately.
Intellectual Property: All training materials, software code, and project logic provided are the sole property of Mahix Infotech. Unauthorized sharing or commercial use of these materials is a legal offence.
Campus Conduct & Damages: Any student found engaging in violence, prohibited activities, or causing physical damage to lab equipment/systems will be expelled immediately and held liable for repair costs.
